We were moving from out of state and Billie was recommended to us. She was awesome to work with - extremely knowledgeable in the area and was able to guide us on the pros/cons to the many homes we looked at within the communities we were exploring. Her knowledge of homes and the area in Edmonds, Shoreline, even Kemore/Bothell was extremely valuable to us given our limited time and exposure to these communities. When we finally did identify the home, she worked extremely hard for us to bring the deal together. She never stopped representing us and advocating for us even once the sale contract was signed. She went above and beyond by even representing us in follow-up inspections that we were unable to be present at to ensure our interests were being represented prior to the actual closing. She then took the time to still be with us at the closing and continued to follow-up with us post closing to make sure we were good and getting settled. We would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a realtor that is knowledgeable of the Northwest suburbs and is looking for a realtor that will represent them throughout the entire process. I don't know of many realtors that would have worked so hard post sale to ensure our interests were being met. This was so critical given we were not in the area to effectively support this and she just took it upon herself to step in and act on our behalf. Without her diligence and persistence I'm not sure it would have come together and it certainly took a lot of pressure and stress off of us knowing she was there and looking out for us. Billie's depth of experience, skills, and knowledge showed throughout our search and home purchase. Someone with less skill and experience could not have brought this together or represented us as well. We've never had the chance to meet, but I've had the pleasure of working with one of your
agents, Billie Lunsford, on a recent transaction. I have never taken the time to write or send a
review about another agent I've worked with, but I thought the level of service Billie provided
warranted I do so.
I don't pretend to big a big producer, but I coordinate at least a couple of transactions a month,
so I'm dealing with several agents on a regular basis. By far, working with Billie was one of the
most pleasurable and non-adversarial transactions I've had in a long, long time. Billie truly
made it feel like we were working on the same team.
Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of agents out there that are nice to deal with, but Billie
